SHIPPING TIME / EXPECTED SHIPPING

Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS). A long handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be manufactured prior to delivery or is on back order.

Most orders leave our warehouse within THREE business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping carrier, but our standard shipping time is 5-7-days, meaning you will receive your package within 7-10 business days.

Restrictions do apply to our standard 3-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option as these addresses do not have 3-day or expedited shipping available. The cost is still just $5.99 on any size order.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to access your MY ACCOUNT. From here you can click Log into account and by entering your email address and password, you can access My Orders.

The My Orders screen shows you every order you have placed with us and each order's status. Please note that this screen does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately one business day, so an item showing as open may have actually shipped.

Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?

If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will state that the item is out of stock or zero quantity.

This information listed on our online catalog is the most up to date information that we have in regards to an item's in-stock availability. Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you've ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified by email promptly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of the State of New York. If you are shipping merchandise to an address within New York you will be charged the current New York sales tax for Suffolk County.

Be sure to either include your packing slip or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit!

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
